1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all regions of Bangladesh, including metropolitan areas and remote districts.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
3. Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳110
- Free Delivery: Available on selected items or during special promotions.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.
5. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable couriers like our own delivery team, Steadfast, Pathao, Sundarban Courier, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Bangladesh. You can conveniently pay the full amount to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
7. Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email after placing an order. Once shipped, a tracking number or update will be shared with you.
8. Failed Deliveries
A delivery attempt may fail due to:
- Incorrect contact information or shipping address.
- Recipient not available at the time of delivery.
- Refusal to accept the delivery.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failure may result in order cancellation.
